I took my Pfaff QE 4 to be repaired by Kent because he is the only person I trust to repair or clean it. He did it in record time!
They were busy but very helpful and quick. Love my visits!

I roamed around waiting for the rain to let up, going upstairs to look at the sale room, watched an embroidery machine do incredible work and talked to a very friendly woman working there. Back downstairs I tried out the sewing chairs and looked at the new Singer Featherweight, etc. You get the idea. All the employees were helpful, answering questions and explaining things. That is the reason I drove 4.5 hours round trip, it is like going home.
